Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Walty works, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you when you use the website or place an order.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Who We Are

Walty is a personalised cards and gifts service operated by RBLL Ltd.

RBLL Ltd trades as Walty. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12455607. Our registered office is 17 St Peters Place, Fleetwood, Lancashire, England, FY7 6EB.

You can contact us at support@walty.co.

Walty is currently intended for customers in the United Kingdom. These terms are written for UK consumer use.

2. These Terms

These terms apply when you browse Walty, create an account, personalise a product, use our design tools, join a paid or promotional feature, or place an order.

By using Walty, you agree to these terms. If you place an order, these terms form part of the contract between you and RBLL Ltd for that order.

Other terms may also apply, including our Privacy Policy, checkout information, product descriptions, promotion terms, subscription terms, and any support or order-specific messages we send you.

Nothing in these terms limits or removes your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights that apply when goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

3. Using Walty

Please use Walty in a lawful, fair, and reasonable way.

  • You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape or copy the service at scale, upload malware, or try to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.
  • You must not use Walty to create, upload, order, or share unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, threatening, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
  • You must provide accurate information where it matters, such as account details, delivery addresses, payment details, and personalisation content.
  • If you use Walty on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

We may suspend accounts, refuse orders, remove content, cancel features, or contact you where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where we need to protect customers, Walty, our partners, or the public.

4. Accounts

Some Walty features require an account, including saved designs, recipients, reminders, order history, and support requests.

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.
  • You should tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
  • We may need to verify your identity before making account, order, support, or privacy changes.
  • We may close or restrict accounts that are inactive, created using false information, used for abuse, or used in breach of these terms.

Walty can be used for family-friendly products. If you are under 18, you should use Walty with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Children under 13 should not create their own Walty account without a parent or guardian.

5. Personalisation, Photos, and Recipient Details

Walty products are often created from names, messages, photos, prompts, saved recipient details, dates, addresses, and design choices supplied by you.

  • You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, photos, addresses, product options, and layout before you order.
  • You must have the right to upload or use any photo, text, artwork, name, trademark, logo, or other content you provide to Walty.
  • If you provide information about another person, including a recipient or someone shown in a photo, you must have permission or another appropriate personal or legal reason to do so.
  • You keep ownership of content you upload, but you give Walty permission to use, copy, edit, crop, format, store, transmit, print, produce, fulfil, deliver, support, and quality-check it for the purposes of providing Walty and your order.

We are not responsible for customer-supplied mistakes that you approve or submit, such as misspellings, incorrect dates, low quality images, unsuitable photos, or incorrect delivery details. If you spot an issue after ordering, contact support as soon as possible and we will tell you what can still be changed.

6. AI-Assisted Tools

Some Walty features may use automation, AI, image editing, background removal, content suggestions, moderation, or similar tools.

  • AI-assisted outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review the final design before ordering.
  • We may reject, block, moderate, or refuse to produce content that appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
  • AI and image-processing providers may process prompts, images, design data, and generated outputs as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-assisted content will be unique, error-free, or suitable for every use.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the selected products on these terms.

A contract is formed when we accept your order, usually by sending an order confirmation or beginning fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, or after acceptance where we have a valid reason.

  • Reasons may include payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing or product errors, stock or fulfilment issues, unsupported delivery addresses, unlawful or prohibited content, or a breach of these terms.
  • If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid for the cancelled item unless we are legally entitled to withhold it.
  • Product images, previews, mockups, colours, sizes, materials, envelopes, packaging, and finishes are shown as accurately as reasonably possible, but small differences can occur between screens, previews, and printed products.
  • We may make reasonable updates to products, packaging, or fulfilment methods where this does not materially reduce what you receive.

8. Prices, Payment, and Promotions

Prices are shown on the website or at checkout and may change from time to time.

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges, upgrades, subscriptions, add-ons, and other optional costs will be shown before you pay.
  • A digital cover image is supplied as a downloadable, high-resolution image of the personalised front cover shown at checkout. Where you request immediate supply, checkout will ask you to acknowledge the cancellation consequences for that digital content before payment.
  • Payment must be authorised before we process your order. We use payment providers to handle payment details securely.
  • Discount codes, referral rewards, credits, and promotions may have extra terms, expiry dates, eligibility limits, minimum spends, or usage restrictions.
  • We may withdraw, refuse, or reverse promotions where they are used fraudulently, mistakenly, against their terms, or in a way that undermines the promotion.

If we discover an obvious pricing or promotion error, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel and receive a refund.

9. Delivery

We currently support UK delivery unless we say otherwise at checkout.

  • Delivery options, costs, and estimated timings are shown at checkout where available.
  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly say that a delivery date is guaranteed.
  • We may use third-party print, fulfilment, postage, courier, or delivery partners.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an item cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information, you may need to pay reasonable reprint, redelivery, or address-correction costs.
  • Risk in physical products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided, unless the law says otherwise.

If a delivery is late, missing, damaged, or wrong, contact support with your order details. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.

10. Cancellations, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Many Walty products are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

For personalised or custom-made items, you will not usually have a change-of-mind cancellation or return right. If an item is not personalised or custom-made, standard distance selling cancellation rights may apply.

  • If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will tell you whether the order can still be changed before production or fulfilment.
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error, contact support with your order details and any useful photos.
  • Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, repair, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another fair solution.
  • Refunding a physical card because of a print or delivery problem does not normally remove a separately purchased digital cover image. Access may be removed if that digital add-on is refunded, payment is disputed or fraud is suspected.
  • We may ask for evidence of the issue, proof of purchase, or return of the item where reasonable.
  • Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise or the payment provider requires a different route.

These terms do not affect the rights you have under consumer law if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

11. Walty Royalty, Referrals, and Other Offers

From time to time we may offer subscriptions, memberships, credits, referrals, discounts, rewards, early access, or other benefits.

  • Any extra terms shown when you join, subscribe, claim, or use an offer will also apply.
  • Benefits may be personal to your account and may not be transferable, exchangeable for cash, or combinable with other offers unless we say otherwise.
  • If a membership or subscription renews, the renewal price, billing period, cancellation route, and key benefits should be shown before you subscribe.
  • We may change or withdraw free, trial, beta, referral, or promotional benefits, but we will not intentionally remove a paid benefit you have already bought for the paid period without giving you a fair alternative or remedy.

12. Reviews and Public Contributions

You may be able to leave reviews, ratings, images, feedback, or other public contributions.

  • Reviews should be honest, relevant, lawful, and based on your own experience.
  • You must not include private information about someone else without permission.
  • We may moderate, edit for formatting, refuse, remove, or report reviews where reasonably needed.
  • By submitting a review or public contribution, you give Walty permission to display, reproduce, quote, and use it in connection with Walty, including on the website and in marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

The Walty website, brand, product designs, templates, software, artwork, copy, photos, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to RBLL Ltd.

You may use Walty for personal, non-commercial browsing, ordering, account, and design purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative services from Walty materials unless we give you written permission or the law allows it.

Buying a product does not transfer ownership of Walty artwork, templates, software, tools, or brand assets. You receive the finished physical product and any rights expressly stated at checkout or in writing.

14. Website Availability and Data

We work to keep Walty available, secure, and useful, but online services can be interrupted.

  • We may update, suspend, withdraw, test, or restrict parts of the website for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons.
  • Saved designs, drafts, uploads, recipient details, reminders, previews, and account features may not be available permanently.
  • You should keep your own copies of important photos, messages, and information where possible.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Walty is intended for domestic and private use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, or indirect losses where you use Walty for business purposes.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will try to reduce the impact and keep you updated where appropriate.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Walty develops, our products change, or legal requirements change.

The terms that apply to an order are the terms in force when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to you.

When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we may take extra steps to tell you.

17. Law, Complaints, and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts and mandatory local consumer protections may apply.

If something has gone wrong, please contact support first so we can try to resolve it quickly and fairly.
