01How does the free first card work?
Your first classic card is completely free — the £3.99 card and its £1.95 delivery are both covered. Fancy a bigger size? You only pay the upgrade difference.
02Can I get a Giant card?
Yes. Choose a Giant card and we'll deduct the cost of a Classic card plus standard delivery from the total, so you only pay the difference.
03What are premium inside upgrades?
Custom illustrated scenes for the inside of your card, made from the details you share. They're normally £1.99 each — as a Royalty member, you add them free on every card.
04What can I do with the cover images?
Download unlimited high-res images of your card designs (normally £1.49 each) and post them anywhere — Instagram, the family group chat, wherever the applause is.
05What's special about the back page?
Normally the back page of every card is fixed. Royalty unlocks it in the editor, so you can design the whole card — front, inside and back.
06Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Because Royalty is an annual membership, cancelling normally stops it from renewing and your benefits remain active until your renewal date. If you haven't redeemed any Royalty benefits, we can cancel your membership immediately and provide a full refund. Once you've used a benefit, the membership is non-refundable, but you can still cancel so it won't renew.
