Open Orders in your Walty account to see the latest production, dispatch and tracking updates. If a tracking link is not showing yet, your order may still be in production or waiting to be handed to the delivery provider.

The delivery choices available for your card are shown at checkout. Timing depends on the product, destination and provider handoff, so check the estimate before paying and follow the latest status from your order page.

Yes. For printed cards, choose whether to send the card to your own address or directly to your recipient during checkout. Check the selected delivery address carefully before you pay.

You can assign delivery addresses to the cards in your basket during checkout. Saved recipients and addresses make it easier to check that each card is going to the right person.

Tracking can take time to update after dispatch or between delivery scans. Check the tracking link on your order first. If the delivery estimate has passed and there is still no useful update, contact us from that order so we can investigate.

Digital cards are sent to the recipient email address you enter at checkout. You can choose immediate delivery or schedule an available date and time. Review the email address and delivery details before completing your order.

Open the order in your Walty account and start a support request. Include clear photos of the item and its packaging, and tell us what is wrong. That gives our team what they need to review a reprint, replacement or refund.

Check the delivery estimate and tracking on your order page. If the estimate has passed, start a support request from that order so we can see the relevant details and advise on the next step.

Contact support from the order page immediately. We will check whether the address can still be corrected. Once an order is in production or has been dispatched, changing its destination may not be possible.
